Shortages and Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged goods or short deliveries must be reported via email to within 48hours of delivery so they can be investigated and appropriate action taken.

If a product is faulty or damaged by a user you will also need to report this via email to where, if it is under the manufacturer's warranty, we will arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.

In the event something has been ordered in error we may, at our discretion, allow you to return the goods subject to a 20% restocking charge. Provided it is in its original packaging, has not been damaged and does not have any price labels on. Good that do not meet this requirement will not be credited.
